주식·지수 선물(KOSPI 200)·국채 선물·디지털 자산 알고리즘 운용 및 실시간 모니터링Operating and real-time monitoring of algorithms across equities, index futures (KOSPI 200), bond futures, and digital assets
리눅스 기반 전용 서버 내 매매 엔진의 정상 작동 여부 상시 점검 및 이슈 대응Continuous health monitoring of trading engines on Linux-based dedicated servers and issue response
시장 미세구조(Microstructure) 변화에 따른 체결 효율성(Slippage) 분석 및 피드백Analyzing execution efficiency (slippage) in response to market microstructure changes and providing feedback

REQUIREMENTS

지원 자격Requirements

Experience: 증권사·자산운용사·프랍 트레이딩(Prop-Trading) 등 금융권 운용 관련 경력 보유자Candidates with operational experience in financial institutions such as brokerages, asset managers, or prop-trading firms
Market Insight: 국내외 선물·옵션 및 현물 시장의 메커니즘에 대한 깊은 이해를 보유하신 분Candidates with a deep understanding of the mechanics of domestic and international futures, options, and cash markets
Self-Discipline: 개인의 감정·주관을 배제하고 정해진 '시스템 원칙'을 철저히 고수할 수 있는 절제력을 갖춘 분Candidates who can strictly adhere to defined system principles by setting aside personal emotion and bias
Tech Literacy: 트레이딩 시스템 인프라 및 알고리즘 로직에 대한 기초적인 이해가 가능하신 분Candidates with a basic understanding of trading system infrastructure and algorithmic logic

Pro-Trader: 개인 혹은 기관에서 자신만의 명확한 원칙으로 장기적인 수익 곡선을 그려본 경험(Skin in the Game)Experience building a long-term profit curve with your own clear principles, either individually or at an institution (skin in the game)
Technical: Python·SQL 등을 활용해 운용 성과 분석 및 리포트 자동화가 가능하신 분Candidates capable of automating performance analysis and reporting using Python, SQL, or similar tools
Risk Sensitivity: 수익률보다 리스크 관리(MDD 등)를 우선시하는 가치관을 보유하신 분Candidates who prioritize risk management (MDD, etc.) over return metrics
Certification: 투자자산운용사·금융투자분석사 등 관련 자격증 보유자Holders of relevant certifications such as Investment Asset Manager or Financial Investment Analyst
